50h TRAINING: Flexibility & Body Biomechanics

This 50 hour module is for those that feel stuck in their flexibility practice, would like to understand the biomechanics of their body and learn how to increase their range of motion in a safe way, or are simply curious to explore and discover all the amazing things their body can do. In this training we put an emphasis on active flexibility, correct alignment, and mind-body connection to make our practice safe and sustainable. You can expect to work solo and in pairs, learn about the anatomy behind the poses, and collect a lot of tools that will not only deepen your own practice but also make you a teacher who can support their students in their asana ambitions. Our goal is to get you to fully understand the principles behind flexibility training and help you to cultivate a broad and supported range of motion.
