Elevate Your Practice and Refine Your Craft
Are you ready to move beyond the fundamentals? Whether you are looking to deepen your personal practice or sharpen your skills as a Yoga teacher, this 15-Hour Advanced Asana and Teaching Skills Training is designed to bridge the gap between knowing the poses and understanding the art of teaching and sequencing.
This intensive is built for dedicated practitioners and teachers who want to move past the surface level. We move beyond simply “doing” the yoga to understanding the biomechanics, the architecture of advanced sequencing, and the subtle art of holding space.
What you will learn:
over our 15 hours together, you will explore:
Advanced Asana Analysis: Dive deep into the anatomy and biomechanics of challenging poses. Learn to break down inversions, arm balances and deep backbends to understand how to teach them safely and effectively to a variety of body types.
Strategic Sequencing: Move away from “random flow” toward intelligent, purpose-driven sequencing. Learn how to craft classes with specific themes, peak poses and cohesive energetic arcs.
The Art of Adjustments and Props: Develop the confidence to offer effective, safe and consensual hands-on adjustments (and learn when to use them versus when to rely on verbal assists).
This training is perfect for:
New Teachers seeking to build a stronger toolkit and find their unique teaching voice.
Experienced Teachers looking to refresh their sequencing, troubleshoot complex poses and reignite their passion for teaching.
Dedicated Practitioners who aren’t teachers yet but want to significantly advance their personal practice under expert guidance.
Transformation happens when you stop practicing for the sake of the pose and start practicing for the sake of the understanding. Join us to refine your skills, connect with a community of dedicated peers, and take your teaching to the next level.
This training is certified by the Yoga Alliance and counts as 15 hours of continuing education.
Taught by the experienced teachers Lenka Minarik and Ulrike Atzmüller-Zeilinger

Ulrike Atzmueller, based in Vienna, Austria is a Yoga and Pilates teacher, Thai Nuad practitioner and Reiki master.
After spending most of her adult working life coordinating international medical conferences and gala events around Austria, Ulrike discovered Yoga and Breathwork as the most beneficial combination to reduce stress and foster wellbeing for herself.
After a few years of self practice, discovering all the beautiful benefits of movement in accordance with breath, she was longing to pass this knowledge on to other people, helping them to understand their bodies better.
Her teaching style best describes as a dynamic, creative vinyasa flow with a therapeutic approach. In her classes Ulrike wants you to move with joy, discovering poses and motion you might have not experienced in a Yoga class before. Always with focussing on strengthening the body, allowing the breath to guide and brain mapping to happen.
During the pandemic Ulrike used the time to build up her own online Yoga Studio where she teaches Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. Additional to that she loves to treat her Yogis to Thai Yoga Bodywork in her own small studio in the heart of Vienna, organizing Ecstatic Dance Events and playing the harmonium, singing her heart out. Lenka Minarik is a yoga teacher based in Vienna, Austria, who traded a successful scientific career for the equally fulfilling sharing of yoga. After working in medical science for more than ten years, Lenka felt that she was unable to directly positively impact people’s lives in the way she wanted to. She longed for more direct contact with people and a deeper connection with them.
Yoga had long been a significant part of Lenka’s life and she realized that sharing her passion and knowledge of the practice with others was her true calling. Her teaching style is based on her broad understanding of anatomy, knowledge of body reading, and unique instructions for navigating the body in asana, allowing her to guide her students to find stability and shift their abilities in a safe and effective way. Her classes are designed to strengthen the mind as well as the body, and she incorporates pranayama, kriyas, and mantra chanting into her classes, creating a holistic experience for her students.
In addition to leading classes in person in Vienna and online through her website lenkaminarik.com, Lenka also organizes teacher trainings and workshops for more dedicated yoga students throughout Central Europe.
