Breath Work Workshop – ONLINE

This 2 hours workshop will give you all the tools to start and maintain your pranayama practice. We will begin with a simple way to get your body ready to breathe, and try all the different breathing techniques you can implement on a daily basis – these will be also provided in separate pre-recorded videos, so you can pick them up later in case you forget! We will also talk about the reason why we do these exercise, and how they compliment yoga, but also our lives, about the deep core support system in our abdomen, what is it made of, its function and how it’s affecting our breath.
And it wouldn’t be a yoga workshop without a little asana, so be prepared to move with your breath a little too! The asana practice will cover spine and pelvic floor strengthening, and release, in order to maintain good posture.
